The Institute of Mechanical Engineers (IMechE) has a range of prizes and awards for young engineers in the form of scholarships, hardship awards and travel grants.
Whitworth Scholarships are offered to young engineers who pursued a vocational route in an engineering discipline for at least two years after having left full-time education prior to commencing a degree-level course.
